Brad Searls, a 22-year aviation veteran, has diverse experience in corporate, charter, and airline flights. He has held various roles within flight departments, including Chief Pilot, President of Marketing & Sales, Head of Customer Service, Safety Officer, Captain, and Partner. With extensive experience in brokering charter flights, Brad has satisfied many clients. The Jet Guys, a result of decades of hard work, offer a superior private jet experience built on honest principles, aiming to earn your trust.

Katie Searls

Director of Client experience

Katie, a dedicated and detail-oriented team member at The Jet Guys, graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.S. in Graphic Design. With nearly two decades of experience running her own graphic design business, she has excelled in creative roles within real estate and finance. Additionally, Katie is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her four children, traveling, martial arts, interior design, and reading. With excellent organizational and communication skills, Katie guarantees a fantastic experience for our clients.

Over a decade ago...

From our start, we have been providing enhanced travel solutions for fractional and jet card owners. Over a decade ago, our company began working directly with Fractrade’s fractional owners and has grown into The Jet Guys of today. During our startup, we quickly noticed some common frustrations shared by our fractional owners that included overflying, borrowing hours, under-utilizing shares, unexpected outsourcing, and dancing around blackout dates and peak period days just to name a few. Our solution was to work smarter and provide a blended solution to maximize the travel experience for our fractional owners.

Our President and Founder, Captain Brad Searls, holds 25 years of experience in Corporate, 135, and 121 air carrier operations.
