The Jet Guys was built on a simple idea: private aviation should feel effortless, flexible, and tailored to the way you actually fly.
Our roots are in working directly with fractional aircraft owners—helping them enhance their travel experience beyond the limitations of traditional programs. Over time, that hands-on approach evolved into what The Jet Guys is today: an independent private aviation advisory and charter brokerage focused entirely on the client.
Brad Searls, a 27-year aviation veteran, has diverse experience in corporate, charter, and airline flights. He has held various roles within flight departments, including Chief Pilot, President of Marketing & Sales, Head of Customer Service, Safety Officer, Captain, and Partner. With extensive experience in brokering charter flights, Brad has satisfied many clients. The Jet Guys, a result of decades of hard work, offer a superior private jet experience built on honest principles, aiming to earn your trust.

Pre-purchase guidance, due diligence support, and market positioning advice for owners and buyers navigating a transaction.
We start by defining your mission and budget, then source and shortlist aircraft, run technical due diligence and a pre-purchase inspection, negotiate terms, and manage escrow through to delivery. You stay in control at every step.
Both. On the buy side we act as your independent advisor; on the sell side we manage valuation, marketing, and the transaction. We never sit on both sides of the same deal.
Yes. We don't hold inventory and we don't take incentives from sellers or manufacturers. Our recommendations are based on your interests, not a commission on a specific aircraft.
It depends on the aircraft and the market, but most run from a few weeks to a few months — from initial search to closing. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your requirements.
