What aircraft categories does The Jet Guys offer?
+

The Jet Guys provides access to a full range of aircraft categories to match any mission profile. The selection includes light jets, mid-size jets, super mid-size jets, heavy jets, ultra long range jets, and turboprops. Each category serves different needs — from short regional hops on a turboprop to transcontinental and international missions on a heavy or ultra long range jet — and our team helps match the right aircraft to your specific trip.

How does The Jet Guys select the right aircraft for a trip?
+

Aircraft selection is part of the bespoke service we provide. We consider passenger count, route distance, runway requirements at your origin and destination airports, baggage needs, and any specific cabin preferences. Because The Jet Guys works with a broad network of operators rather than a fixed fleet, we're able to source the aircraft best suited to your mission rather than fitting your trip to a limited set of options.

What's the difference between a light jet and a heavy jet?
+

The categories reflect a combination of cabin size, passenger capacity, and range. Light jets typically seat 6-8 passengers and handle regional missions of around 1,500-2,000 nautical miles. Heavy jets seat 10-16 passengers with ranges of 4,000-5,500 nautical miles, making them suitable for transcontinental and international flights. Mid-size, super mid-size, and ultra long range categories sit between these in capability — and turboprops fill a different role entirely, offering access to short and unpaved runways that jets cannot use.

Can I charter or book any aircraft in this fleet directly?
+

The Jet Guys doesn't own or operate a fleet — access is arranged through our network of vetted operators for each specific trip. That means we're not limited to a fixed set of tail numbers and can match you to the right aircraft and operator for your exact mission.

How far in advance should I book a specific aircraft category?
+

It depends on the category and season. Light and mid-size jets are often available with just a few days' notice, while heavy jets and ultra long range aircraft — especially during peak travel periods — are best booked as early as possible to secure the right tail number.
