Appraisal, Charter, and Consulting Services

Aircraft appraisals, market valuations, and consultations provided by The Jet Guys are based on data available at the time of the engagement, including third-party market data (such as JETNET) and information you provide. Valuations are professional opinions and are not a guarantee of actual sale price, financing approval, or insurability. Charter arrangements are subject to aircraft and operator availability, applicable regulations, and separate charter agreements. Acquisition and consulting engagements are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

No Warranty

The Site and all content, reports, and information provided through our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Aircraft specifications, market data, and pricing information are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Jet Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
